The focus of this session is to provide relief from the tension held in these areas. I will assess restrictions in the range of motion and will work on the symptoms you are experiencing.
The goal of the Rolfing® Ten Series is to systematically balance and optimize both the structure and function of the entire body. Each session focuses on freeing restrictions in a particular region.
